Learning to Handstand is like learning to walk. Once you master it, a whole other world of movement patterns, beliefs, and opportunity opens up. All of a sudden, you can sequence, balance, and ‘see’ things in ways you’ve never been able to before. 

And the best part is that the journey to Handstand offers so many fruits. You’ll build strength in areas of your body that have been asleep for most of your life. You’ll learn how to fall and fail, and accept it as part of your progress. And, you’ll tap into a deep level of relaxed focus that will become an asset to all areas of your life. 

Steady your breath and mind, in preparation for joyful journey into a series of inversions. Try to create a balance between playfulness and seriousness as you guide your body into positions that may challenge your nervous system and your limits. 

This series of classes is perfect for beginners to intermediate practitioners - no prior experience or handstand mastery needed! We’ll be working through fun drills, strength exercises, and exploring the biomechanics behind handstands. The goal is to enjoy the process, play with the possibilities, and have fun!
